Racimex – Car tuning/styling/spareparts logotype
Hi all!
I am impressed of all of you boys and girls! Realy enjoy/like the creativity I see here and I’m hoping you can help us.
We are a Swedish car tuning/spareparts/styling/devloping company concentred on Volvo Cars. We are selling both our own devloped Special Products and Orignilal Spare parts to Volvo cars. Our customers is mainly Swedish Guys (but we also have customers all over the world)(age 18-50) who are in need of spareparts or upgrading the engene / the look of there Volvo. Our own devloped products are special products everyting from Styling Frontspoilers/bumber to advanced tuning parts.
The logo we use today you can se at www.racimex.se We are redesigning our webb after the look on the new logo so dont mind about the colours there.
Now some ” guidelines” for you. Please take a look at the following webbsites/logos and the feeling/expression they represent.
http://www.volvocars.com/ Volvo cars officiall site. http://www.volvocars.com/intl/All-Cars/conceptcars/Pages/default.aspx Many of our customers wants to be associate with Volvo and there “R-design” (top of the line cars, more horse power and more “race look”). http://stcc.se/ Swedish Touring Car Championship (STCC Logotype)
http://www.sparcousa.com/sportswear_hoodies.asp sparco is a big supplier in the racing/styling world. And we realy like what they have done with the Logotype and how they can use the First letter in Sparco as a own logotype. There style on the logo is a little “skateboard”. http://www.polestar.se/ officiall volvo motorsport partner (colours blue again as volvo)

We like the idéa with the line from the X under the text to the R. And we realy like the thing sparco has done where they can use the first letter as a own logotype.

We realy like the style Sparco have on there logotype (and how they can use the first letter as a own loggo). And the colours is some simular blue as volvo use or your own idéas. Corny generic imagery of wheels and cars or goalflags are probably a no-go but let’s see what you geniuses (genuii?!) can come up with. The logo should be clearly recognisable on printwork as well.
