Frog Mascot/Logo
Profile: RC Miller
Company:
Opens: 19 July 2007
Closes: 03 August 2007
Prize value: US$127.88
Details:
I am looking for a ‘mascot’ for a new company I am planning, but due to naming issues I cannot post the name here.
The mascot must have these characteristics:
- The dominant image must be that of a FROG.
- Two colors only: black and blue [any shade of blue is fine]. No green, that would be too easy!
- No type or ‘words’. All I am looking here for is the design of the frog.
The frog will be integrated with the existing stylized name of the company, the last letter of which is “g” [The typeface used on the stylized name is Adobe Spumoni and the last word in the name is ‘frog’; the ‘g’ has a closed circle and therefore could be ‘gripped’ by the left hand of the frog]
YOUR INSPIRATION:
- family environment
- promote and foster fun for people of all ages.
- fun, exercise, creativity
- playfulness
Think: Barney, Diego, Thomas the Train…. Something that will be easily identifiable and memorable.
This may sound weird, but I’ve seen human-type bodies with frog heads on them and this really freaks me out. The frog you design should not be standing like a human.
The target audience is kids up to age 8 and, of course, their parents. In this case, parents are upper-middle to high income mainly located in urban environments. Fashion forward and on the cutting edge of style.
Prize money is US$127.88

Finally happy ending there. Congrats showcorvettelove.:)
Yeah, agree i think. That’s two frogs too similar for me.:(
yeah, this is BS! how can someone just rip-off a design and be awarded for it. guess there’s a reason why this frog only had 11 votes, and the original frog had 31.
i can’t believe the person who won, was the person that ripped off my design. :(
thanks to all who entered – it was a tough decision to make!

That is a royalty-free picture; not sure if can be sold as in this case!
