Thank you for your comments. You are right, London is trying very hard to become greener, they are in the process of installing a low carbon emission zone, so now all trucks and lorry’s have to pay a higher charge when they travel through the capital.
The footprint is that size for impact, initially it was smaller but it didn’t have the same impact. If you wish I can make it smaller.
In addition to the congestion charge? Wow. No, making it smaller isn’t necessary. I was simply interested in your take:o) Thank you!
Yes, in addition to the congestion charge. It’s more of an add on charge I guess, if your car/van/lorry falls below a certain amount of emissions it gives off, you pay nothing, if it goes over, you pay heavily. And there are fines etc if you don’t conform within a certain time.
