Very iconic and flexible. Well done.

It was a great logo when it was created the first time too. The Academy of Art is a very famous art college here in the U.S. I believe it’s in the top 10 of art schools in the nation.

Booooooo Walkom!!!!! Shame on you. What made you think you could get away with this? Unbelievable!!!

It suits the Academy of Art much more anyway! with the double-A icon. it would have been quite nice but is unfortunately disqualified!

I thought it was an EYT in a tent mountain to me, but yes very similar to the academy thing.

A permanent ban for me… I think I have come up with some great concepts that can help other real designers produce interesting metaphors (which I like)

If I wanted to copy a logo would I have used something in some top 10 list of logos… It is still EYT to me and not like Academy Arts thing

Yikes it is very close, even down to the circle behind it. I don’t know if its me but I can’t actually see EYT in this… just E?

walkom. whether copying was intentional or not, it really does not matter. as a graphic designer I would never want to display any work that bares too close a similarity to another designer’s. As for the usage here, I don’t see an ‘E’, a ‘Y’ or a ‘T’ in your logo at all. And if you’re only spending 5 minutes on a logo, you’re wasting your time entering them as well as the competition holder’s time viewing the worthless entries.
